The Fawn Lake Association exists to maintain shared common areas, ensure safety, and promote a strong sense of community among our homeowners. From shoreline maintenance to roadways, green spaces, and community initiatives, we work to ensure Fawn Lake remains a place residents are proud to call home. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership and guided by our bylaws and restrictive covenants, the Association is committed to transparent operations, responsible financial management, and open communication. Beyond governance, Fawn Lake is about community, and we encourage neighbor involvement, volunteerism, and participation in events and meetings that help keep our neighborhood connected and thriving.
